जम्मू कश्मीर में 3 भाग हैं: जम्मू कश्मीर और लद्दाख यदि कश्मीर के 6 जिलों को छोड़ दिया जाए तो शेष जम्मू कश्मीर में कभी भी भारत विरोधी प्रदर्शन नहीं हुआ। वहाँ के लोग भारत के साथ रहना चाहते हैं। राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के अखिल भारतीय संपर्कों में विश्व संवाद केन्द्र सरीखी विचारशालाओं में पत्रकारों के साथ चर्चाओं में व्यक्त किए जाते हैं। संघ का कश्मीर संस्करण कहता है कि जम्मू कश्मीर में लद्दाख का क्षेत्रफल 59000 वर्ग किमी. जम्मू का क्षेत्रफल 27,000 वर्ग किमी. है। जब कि कश्मीर का क्षेत्रफल मात्र 15,000 वर्गकिमी. है। अपनी विविधताओं के कारण 1846 से पहले यह तीनों क्षेत्र अलग-अलग राज्य हुआ करते थे। लद्दाख में 62 प्रतिशत बौद्ध तथा कश्मीर में 85 प्रतिशत हिन्दू, सिख, बौद्ध हैं। यदि हम पूरे जम्मू कश्मीर की बात करें तो वहाँ 70 लाख मुसलमान और 50 लाख हिन्दू, बौद्ध व सिख हैं। जम्मू कश्मीर के 85 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र में आजादी के बाद से आज तक कभी भारत विरोधी प्रदर्शन नहीं हुआ। 15 अगस्त और 26 जनवरी आज भी वहाँ के विशेष पर्वों में से एक हैं।
कश्मीर के 5 जिले श्रीनगर अनंतनाग कुलवामा सोफइया और बारामूला जिनका क्षेत्रफल 7 प्रतिशत है, को छोड़ दिया जाए तो शेष कश्मीरी भारत के साथ रहना चाहते हैं। वहाँ का गूजर और राजपूत मुसलमान देशभक्त है उसकी पूरी आस्था भारत के संविधान में हैं। महाराजा हरी सिंह के समय तक जम्मू कश्मीर के 14 देशों में वाणिज्यिक दूतावास थे। गिलगिट से अमेरिका और आस्ट्रेलिया को छोड़कर अन्य सभी देशों से सड़क मार्ग से जुड़कर व्यापार करने में समर्थ थे इस मार्ग को सिल्क रूट के नाम से जाना जाता था।
पाकिस्तान ने किसी भी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मंच से जम्मू-कश्मीर पर दावा नहीं किया। जब पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर पर पाकिस्तान ने कब्जा जमा लिया था उस समय भारत के प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने यूएनओ की सिक्योरिटी काउन्सिल में इसकी शिकायत की थी। जिस पर 13 अगस्त 1948 में यूएनओ ने कुछ सुझाव दिये थे। जिसमें उसने कहा था कि पाकिस्तान को अपनी सेनाएँ हटानी चाहिए। आजाद जम्मू कश्मीर की सेना और न्यायालय समाप्त होना चाहिए। विस्थापितों की वापसी होनी चाहिए। भारत आावश्कतानुसार इस क्षेत्र में अपनी सेना रख सकता है। यह सब कुछ यूएनओ के सिद्धान्तों के अनुसार होना चाहिए। यह प्रस्ताव अमल में न आने के कारण रद्द हो गया। बाद में अमेरिका के नियंत्रण वाले यूएनओ ने 22 जनवरी 1957 को इसी विषय पर चर्चा का जवाब भारत की और से कृष्णा मेनन ने 8.5 घंटे के भाषण में दिया था। जिसके बाद फिर कभी भी यूएनओ में फिर चर्चा नही हुई और वहाँ यह विषय समाप्त हो गया।
संविधान की धारा 370 को लेकर भी हमारे मन में कई भ्रम हैं। यह धारा एक अस्थाई धारा है, जिसे भारत का राष्ट्रपति समाप्त कर सकता है। इस धारा के 3 प्रावधान हैं। जम्मू-कश्मीर में भारत का संविधान कैसे लागू हो इसकी चिंता करना। इसके लिए वहाँ संविधान सभा का गठन करना, जो राष्ट्रपति को अपनी रिपोर्ट देगी। संविधान सभा का कार्य समाप्त होने के उपरान्त राज्य सरकार के अनुमोदन पर राष्ट्रपति इस धारा को समाप्त कर सकते हैं। वास्तव में इस धारा की आवश्यकता इस लिए पड़ी क्योंकि भारत की स्वतंत्रता के समय ब्रिटिश शासित क्षेत्र भारत और पाकिस्तान में विभाजित हो गया किन्तु उस समय 500 से अधिक स्वतंत्र रियासतें थीं जिनमें अधिकांश तो भारत में सम्मिलित हो गईं फिर भी हैदराबाद, मैसूर, जम्मू-कश्मीर सहित 17 रियासतें आजादी के बाद भारत में सम्मिलित हुईं, इन स्वतंत्र रियासतों को बड़े राज्यों में परिवर्तित करके उनसे अपने प्रतिनिधि संविधान सभा में भेजने के लिए कहा गया था। ये प्रतिनिधि इन राज्यों में चुनाव के उपरांत बनी संसद के द्वारा चुना जाना था। किन्तु ऐसा नहीं हो सका। जम्मू कश्मीर में यह प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं हो पायी। जिसके कारण धारा 370 का जन्म हुआ। बाद में राजनैतिक कारणों से इस धारा का दुरुपयोग होने लगा।
महाराजा हरी सिंह ने उसी विलयपत्र पर हस्ताक्षर किये थे जिस पर अन्य रियासतों ने हस्ताक्षर किये। पं0 नेहरू शेख अब्दुल्ला को जम्मू कश्मीर सौंपना चाहते थे, जिससे महाराजा असहमत थे। इसी कारण जम्मू कश्मीर का विलय भारत में देरी से हुआ और हमें धारा 370 की आवश्यकता पड़ी। इसी शेख अब्दुल्ला ने जम्मू कश्मीर की सत्ता अपने हाथ आने के बाद अमेरिका के इशारे पर 1951 में भारत के संविधान को मानने से इन्कार कर दिया। शेख और नेहरू के बीच समझौता हुआ जिसमें उन्होंने नाजायज मांगों को स्वीकार कर लिया। जम्मू कश्मीर में दो निशान, दो संविधान लागू हो गये। इस अनैतिक समझौते के विरुद्ध लद्दाख और जम्मू में बड़ा आन्दोलन चला जिसमें भाग लेने के लिए जम्मू कश्मीर जाते समय श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी का बलिदान हुआ। किन्तु नेहरू ने इस आन्दोलन को अस्वीकार कर दिया और कहा कि संविधान कुछ नहीं वहां के लोगों की इच्छा सर्वोपरि है। मैं अपने निर्णय पर कायम हूँ।
वास्तव में स्वतंत्रता के बाद से जम्मू और लद्दाख के साथ बहुत अन्याय हुआ है। इस लिए आज हमें दो ही बातों पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। एक जम्मू कश्मीर के विषय में अधिक से अधिक सही जानकारी कैसे देश और दुनिया तक पहुंचे जिससे जनजागरण का निर्माण हो। दूसरा पाकिस्तान और चीन के कब्जे में जम्मू कश्मीर का जो भूभाग है, वह भारत को कैसे वापस मिले।
संघ के इस संस्करण के बाद ये तो साफ़ हो जाता है कि आज़ादी के बाद कश्मीर कट्टर हिन्दू और कट्टर मुस्लिम से दो चार होकर बिखरता रहा है| रही दूसरी बात तो इसे यथार्थ मानना होगा कि नेहरु और महाराजा हरि सिंह के बाद भी कश्मीर कश्मीरी और कश्मीरियत का वजूद तो है ही| इसके लिए स्थायी समाधान किये बगैर भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच की राजनीति का स्तर चाहे जो भी हो लेकिन कश्मीरी अवाम को सुकून मिलना दूर की कौड़ी होगी|
कश्मीरी क्या मानते हैं?
पिछले अट्ठावन सालों से देश की विदेश नीति में ज्वलंत है| इतने लम्बे अंतराल के बाद भी पाकिस्तान चीन और हिंदुस्तान के मजबूत से मजबूत नेताओं से यह मामला हल ना हो सका| आज पूरी दुनिया एक तंत्र है और उसके दो सौ से ज्यादा आत्म निर्भर उपक्षेत्र हैं जिन्हें देश कहा जाता है| लेकिन जिस तरह से कश्मीर की समस्या बनी उससे न तो यह क्षेत्र आत्म निर्भर बन सका ना ही इसके बाशिंदों को आज़ादी मयस्सर हो सकी|
हिंदुस्तान की आज़ादी के लिए अंग्रेजी पार्लियामेंट के हाउस ऑफ़ कॉमन्स में इंडियन इंडिपेंडेंस एक्ट पारित हुआ| उसी कानून की शर्त थी कि सत्ता के हस्तांतरण के लिए हिंदुस्तान के दो हिस्से होंगे|उसी कानून में भारत और पाकिस्तान के डोमिनियन की रियासतों के लिए तीन शर्ते रहीं| पहली ये कि प्रिंसली स्टेट्स के लिए सारे फैसले राजा करेगा| दूसरी कि प्रिंसली स्टेट को आज़ादी होगी कि वह हिंदुस्तान या पाकिस्तान में से जिसके साथ जाना चाहे शामिल हो सकता है| तीसरी शर्त सीमा की साझेदारी की रही| सीमवर्ती क्षेत्रों में रहने वालों के लिए यह शर्त क़यामत की रात लेकर आई|
चौदह अगस्त 1947 को जूनागढ़ रियासत ने अपनी रजामंदी पाकिस्तान के साथ तय की| उसके बाद पाकिस्तान ने हस्तक्षेप किया| राजा हरी सिंह के साथ मुश्किलें बढीं तो हिंदुस्तान की सरकार ने कुछ शर्तें तय करके कश्मीर के राजा का साथ दिया| शर्त रही कि कश्मीर के फोरेन अफेयर्स और करेंसी का जिम्मा हिंदुस्तान का और बाकी मसले कश्मीर की रियाया और राजा के| पाकिस्तान के साथ लड़ाई हुई| नतीजे में आज कश्मीर के दो हिस्से हैं| दो तिहाई हिस्सा भारत में और एक तिहाई हिस्सा पाकिस्तान में| तब से लेकर आज तक चार जंगें हुई हैं| आज कश्मीर में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के तीन दफ्तर हैं| उस समय बंटवारे में जो लोग जमीनें छोड़ कर गए आज भी जमीनें उन्हीं के नाम पर है|
कश्मीर मसले पर गवर्नर जनरल लार्ड माउंटबेटन ने लिखा कि यह अस्सेंशन अस्थाई है, इसका फैसला पब्लिक रेफेरेंडम करवा के लिया जायेगा| इसी के हल के लिए 1948 में नेहरु और लियाकत अली कश्मीर के मसले को लेकर संयुक्त राष्ट्र पहुंचे| संयुक्त राष्ट्र में कश्मीर के लिए नागरिकों को दिया गया राईट तो प्लेबिसाईट, जिसका मतलब हुआ कि कश्मीरियों को पाकिस्तान या भारत में से किसी एक के साथ रहने की आज़ादी|
उसके बाद के एक घटनाक्रम में शास्त्रीजी ने ताशकंद में कहा कि हमे कश्मीर के लोगों के राष्ट्रवाद पर कोई संदेह नहीं है| यही बात शिमला में इंदिरा गाँधी ने और लाहौर में अटल बिहारी बाजपेई ने दोहराई| आज भी जो कश्मीर को भारत के अटूट हिस्सा मानने की बात करते हैं वे जमीनी हकीक़त को नज़र अंदाज़ ही करते नज़र आते हैं| सैंतालिस के बंटवारे के समय तीन प्लेयर रहे अंग्रेजी हुकूमत, कांग्रेस और मुस्लिम लीग| तीनों के कारनामों में भारत ने लूज किया| पहला लूज रहा इंडियन फ़ेडरल रिपब्लिक न बन पाना| गाँधी ने प्रार्थना सभा में इसके लिए इंकार कर दिया| इसमें नेहरु ने कहा कि इस पर आगे संविधान में फैसला किया जायेगा| नेहरु के इस स्टेटमेंट पर जिन्ना ने कहा कि कल फैसला लेना है तो आज ही क्यों नहीं| जाहिर है कि यह बात बड़ी थी और बंटवारा हो गया|
कहने को ये बंटवारा धर्म के आधार पर हुआ लेकिन धर्म के आधार पर जमीनें एक हो सकती हैं क्या| अगर हिंदुस्तान और नेपाल दोनों हिन्दू राष्ट्र हैं तो क्या वो दोनों धर्म के आधार पर एक हो सकते हैं?
कश्मीरी राजा कश्मीर की आज़ादी के पक्ष में रहा और कश्मीरी हिंदुस्तान के साथ| ऐसे में जब राजा ने लिख कर दिया कि आप मेरी राय के बिना कश्मीर का अस्सेंशन नहीं कर सकते तो ऐसे में कश्मीरी आवाम के बीच पब्लिक लीडर की गुंजाइश बनी| शेख अब्दुल्ला ने 1952 में एक सुझाव सामने रखा जिसे शेख अकॉर्ड भी कहा जाता है| कश्मीर में जो लोग आर्टिकल 370 की बात करते हैं वो बताएं कि आर्टिकल 370 की आज क्या हैसियत है| रेल, मोबाइल, सीपीडब्लूडी तो हिंदुस्तान की ही है, करेंसी और विदेश नीति तो हिंदुस्तान की ही चलती है| इसके बाद आर्टिकल 370 का क्या मतलब रह जाता है?
चार जंगों के बाद कश्मीरी लोगों की हालत बद से बद तर हुए हैं तो इंडियन पीपुल का मन और टोन अप हुआ है| पाकिस्तानी कश्मीर की जो आवाम पहले लिबरल मुसलमान हुआ करती थी एनिमी नोशन के बाद हार्ड लाइनर हुई उसके बाद सुन्नी फंडामेंटल और अब उनके मन पाकिस्तान डोमिनेंस पर हावी है|
इसी तरह हिंदुस्तान के हिस्से वाले कश्मीर की हिन्दू आवाम के मन की हिंदुत्ववादी टोनिंग हुई| इसके चलते आज कश्मीर के लिबरल लोगों के सामने पब्लिक रेफेरेंडम की वास्तविकता को मानने के अलावा कोई और चारा नहीं नज़र आता है| क्योंकि आज का कश्मीरी आवाम मानता है कि कश्मीर में हिंदुस्तान की सरकार की सहमति से ही सीएम हासिल होता है| इसी नोशन के चलते कश्मीर में आज़ादी के नाम पर एक नया आन्दोलन खड़ा हुआ| उसके खिलाफ हिंदुस्तान की मिलिट्री फोर्सेज का भारी दखल बनी| इन मामलों में पोलिटिकल पार्टियों का रुख भी खुशनुमा और खास नहीं रहा| कश्मीर के लिए पोलिटिकल पार्टी वो डेड हॉर्स है जिसे चाहे जितनी चबुकें मार लीजिये पब्लिक के लिए कुछ हासिल नहीं होने वाला| हाल के दिनों में खास कर हिंदुस्तान के तेलंगाना ही हीट वेव्स, उत्तरखंड की तबाही नेपाल का भूकम्प और कश्मीर में बाढ़ के जो हालात दिखाई पड़े हैं उस पर पोलिटिकल पार्टियाँ कुछ भी कर पाने की हैसियत में नहीं हैं| इसी तरह धर्म की राजनीति भी पूंजीपतियों के औजार के तौर पर ही कश्मीर के मामले में नासूर बन रहा है|
हाल के दिनों में कश्मीर की आवाम के मन में तीन ट्रेंड डेवेलोप हुए हैं| एक है मर्जर विथ पाकिस्तान दूसरा फुल इंटीग्रेशन विथ इंडिया तीसरा है इंटरनेशनल बॉर्डर बना कर इंडिपेंडेंस| इंडिपेंडेंस वो स्लोगन है जिस पर सुपर पॉवर को मौका मिलता है| तीसरे खेल में कश्मीर अमेरिका, चीन, रसिया, पाकिस्तान के बीच में बनाना रिपब्लिक बनता नज़र आता है| कुछ फ़ॉर्मूले और भी दाखिल हुए हैं जिनमें अगर सैंतालिस को दोबारा रिपीट करना है तो सबब बनेगा डिक्शन प्लान| एक रास्ता है निज़ाम-ए-मुस्तफ़ा| लेकिन ये सब पुराना माल है अगर दिमाग की वीरानी खोलनी हो तो ये कसरतें करिए|
सार्क की साझी विरासत में तीन बिंदु हैं| अगर हिंदुस्तान और पाकिस्तान साझी विरासत के तौर पर कश्मीर की डिफेन्स और विदेश नीति का जिम्मा उठाने को तैयार ना हों तो कश्मीर को सार्क की साझी विरासत में शामिल किया जाए मतलब कश्मीर सार्क डोमिनियन बने| कश्मीर की आवाम के लिए प्रो-ह्यूमन, प्रो नेचर डेवलपमेंट के लिए बॉर्डर कमीशन बनाया जाए| इसी तरह क्लाइमेट और ह्यूमन डेवलपमेंट के लिए कमीशन बनाये जाएँ|
इसी तरह के एक प्रयोग में नार्थ ईस्ट की सीमा समस्या के लिए हल करने की कोशिशें हुईं| असम के साथ के हिस्सों को जोड़कर “सेवेन सिस्टर्स” बनी| उसी तर्ज पर कश्मीर में एथ्नों-ओरिजिन ग्रुप्स में प्रमुख रूप से डोगरा, पुठवार, किश्तवाड़ समेत नौ समुदायों को मिला कर नाइन ब्रोदेर्स का फार्मूला बनाया जा सकता है|
जब तिब्बत को चीन ने कब्जे में ले लिया तो तिब्बती भारत आये| विस्थापित तिब्बतियों को धर्मशाला में रखा गया| अब तिब्बत में दो सरकारें हैं चीनी सरकार और विस्थापित सरकार| आज जम्मू कश्मीर में स्टेपल वीजा का जो खेल चल रहा है वो सुपर पॉवर बनने और बनाने भर का खेल है| 1971 में मुक्ति वाहिनी कहाँ से आई| लिट्टे पैदा किया तो लिट्टे ने ही भारत के प्रधानमंत्री को खाया| आज भारत की डेमोक्रेसी अंकल सैम के नाम से चलती है|

जिंदल का जहाज और महिला से तेल मालिश!

हो सकता है की खुद को पेशे से अधिवक्ता घोषित करती इंदु सिंह की खबर पक्की हो या बात सच्ची हो लेकिन सोशल मीडिया पर भी लोग कहने लगे हैं की इस तरह की झूठ औरअफवाहों के बाज़ार बना के इंदु सिंह कौन सा आन्दोलन चला रही हैं….? अब रही बात तेल मालिश करने या करवाने की तो ये दो लोगों का आपसी सरोकार है… और एक व्यापार भी| यदि वो इस उक्त महिला की मालिश करने की मजदूरी के लिए लेबर कोर्ट में मुकदमा करके मदद करती तो संभवतः मै भी यथासंभव सहयोग देता| आप इसका नैतिक मसाले में छौंक क्यों लगा रही हैं? जिसे आप सत्य के साथ आगे बढ़ने का नाम दे रही हैं वो सोशल मीडिया की लफ्फाजी से ज्यादा और कुछ भी नहीं|
इंदु सिंह एक क्रांतिकारी महिला हैं ये बात तो मुझे मंजू मोहन जी के यहाँ हुए पहले साक्षात्कार से ही समझ आ गयी थी| लेकिन उनका भाजपा या गोविन्दाचार्य से कोई परिचय है ये मुझे परसों पता चला| चौबीस की शाम को लगभग छः- सात बजे के बीच जब गोविन्द जी जंतर मंतर पर गौ रक्षा आन्दोलन के कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मंत्रणा कर रहे थे तभी इंदु जी का आगमन हुआ| आने के दौरान गोविन्द जी भले ही कोई ध्यान न दिया हो लेकिन इंदु जी ने तुरंत उनके बगल वाले सहायक को हटा के कुर्सी कब्जाई| ऐसा लग रहा था की कुछ खास बात है| खैर जिस विदुषी महिला के सन्दर्भ में उनसे मुलाकात हुई उनके लिए मेरे मन में विशेष सम्मान है| इसलिए इंदु जी के ऊपर उस समय कोई संदेह करना उचित नहीं जान पड़ा| लेकिन देश के महापुरुष अन्ना हजारे के ऊपर की गयी इस बचकानी बयानबाजी से दुखी होकर मै कई तारों को जोड़ने का प्रयास कर रहा हूँ| इसके पीछे शायद मुझे इंदुजी की नासमझी या फिर किसी भगवा षड्तंत्र के तार मिल सकें|
इंदु जी खुद पेशे से वकील हैं और लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था की शिखर संस्था के सम्मान में एक आन्दोलन चलाने का दावा भी करती हैं|
लेकिन उनके दावों में बचकानेपन को व्यवहारिक और सैद्धांतिक तौर पर न तो उचित माना जा सकता है न ही इस प्रकार गंभीरता से लिया जा सकता है|
खुद मंजू मोहन कहती हैं, “इस प्रकार की छीछल बातें हमारी सभ्यता और संस्कृति के खिलाफ हैं| ऐसे लोगों के लिए तो एक रीड्रेसल सेल बना देना चाहिए| वहां पर इन लोगों की ऐसी शिकायतें सुननी चाहिए फिर मनोवैज्ञानिकों और समाजशास्त्रियों को इस गंभीर बीमारी पर विचार करना चाहिए| ताकि ऐसे लोगों का इलाज किया जा सके| सिर्फ सस्ता प्रचार पाने के लिए ऐसे बचकानी बयानबाजी का सिर्फ यही समाधान हो सकता है| उनसे पूछिए की अभी तीन दिन पहले अन्ना हजारे यहीं पर थे उस समय उन्होंने अन्ना से मिल के क्यों नहीं पूछा? अन्ना के पीछे इस तरह की बातें करना निहायत बेमानी है| मंजू जी इसमें आगे जोडती हैं की “अगर इंदु सिंह अपने भाजपाई होने का दायित्व निभा रही हैं तो उन्हें मोदीजी की पत्नी के साथ हुए अन्याय पर भी सवाल उठाना चाहिए”|
तेईस -चौबीस वाले आन्दोलन के लिए इसी प्रकार की छीछालेदर में बहुत से बयान वीर दावे करते रहे की अन्ना हजारे पचौरी के साथ जिंदल के जहाज में बैठ के आये थे| इसका पैसा जिंदल ने दिया आन्दोलन का खर्चा जिंदल उठा रहे हैं| लेकिन जब जनसत्ता के संपादक ओम थानवीजी ने अन्ना की हवाई यात्रा का टिकट सामने लाकर रखा तो बयानवीरों ने बगलें झाँकनी शुरू कर दी|
लोकसभा चुनावों के पूर्व अन्ना की जगह बहुत से लोगों ने मोदीजी के चरित्र हनन का प्रयास किया…. मोदीजी की गर्लफ्रेंड होने के भी दावे किये, उसकी चर्चा में लड़की की जासूसी करवाने के मामले को चटखारे लेकर सुनाया| इस सतही मसालेदार छीछालेदर पर देशवासियों ने भले ही कोई खास ध्यान न दिया हो लेकिन इससे प्रेरणा लेकर शायद इंदु सिंह भी शायद अपने स्तर पर वही सब कर रही हों.. लेकिन इसका मकसद क्या है जब तक स्पष्ट नहीं होता तब तक किसी को इंदु सिंह के आन्दोलन से कोई सहानुभूति कैसे हो सकती है?
भूमि अधिग्रहण आन्दोलन से कैसे अलग हुआ गाय का सवाल !

भारत देश का शायद ही कोई बच्चा हो जिसने दूध के बिना दुनिया देखी हो| जब से होश संभाला है देखते ही देखते दूध के दाम पांच रुपये लीटर से पैंतालिस रुपये लीटर हो गए| पिछले दशक में दूध के दाम जिस प्रकार बढे हैं उससे तो यही लगता है की दूध भी अब अमीरों की लक्जरी की वस्तु बनता जा रहा है|
इस मुद्दे पर जितने लोग इकट्ठे हुए हैं.. और जितने लोग गाँव की मिट्टी से जुड़े हैं उनमे से कौन इस बात से इनकार करेगा की गाँव और गाँव की जमीन का सबसे आसानी से भला हो सकता है तो गाय की परवरिश से| गाय से सीधे जुडी है गाँव की खेती और कुपोषण से|
जिसके आंकड़े कुछ इस तरह के हालात बयां करते हैं
पिछले एक दशक में भारत की खेती योग्य 12.5 करोड़ हेक्टेयर जमीन में से 1 करोड़ 8० लाख जमीन खेती से बाहर हो गयी|
आंकड़े बताते हैं की देश का हर चौथा आदमी भूखा है और हर दूसरा बच्चा कुपोषण का शिकार है|
पिछले एक दशक में देश के किसान की माली हालत कुछ यूँ रही है की लगभग ढाई लाख किसानों ने आत्म हत्या की| काबिले गौर बात ये है की ज्यादातर किसान मदर इण्डिया वाले सुक्खी लालाओं के कर्ज और ब्याज से बुरी तरह प्रताड़ित थे |

गोबर की खाद से फसल और मिट्टी का स्वस्थ्य ठीक होता है | लेकिन हरित क्रांति में भारतीय सांस्कृतिक विरासत का ये तथ्य हमेशा के लिए उपेक्षित बना दिया गया| भारत में हरित क्रांति, फोर्ड के ट्रेक्टर और भोपाल गैस वाले दाऊ केमिकल्स के कीटनाशकों से परवान चढ़ी | किसान भले ही ज्यों के त्यों रहे हों यूरिया कंपनियों के लाभ दिन दूना रात चौगुना बढ़ते रहे| फोर्ड का ट्रेक्टर लेकर औसत दर्जे के किसानों को कर्ज चुकाते हुए कई दशक गुजर गए |
गाय और पशुधन की बदहाली से हालत ये हुई की आज भी औसत जोत के किसानों की पैदावार खाने पीने भर को भी पूरी नहीं होती| उस पर महंगाई की मार से गाँव भी अछूते नहीं रहे| जाहिर है की उदारीकरण के बाद से जमीन पर खेती करना सबसे चुनौती पूर्ण काम बन गया है|
एक नजर जंतर मंतर
जंतर मंतर पर पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के किसानों का एक समूह भी था| उनका मुद्दा था गन्ने की फसल के भुगतान न हो पाने का| पूरे पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के किसान के लिए मीलों द्वारा तीन साल से गन्ने का भुगतान न हो पाने की वजह से खाने तक को मोहताज हैं| उनके नेता हैं वी एन सिंह जिनके साथी हजारों किसान अन्ना के आन्दोलन में शामिल हुए| इस आशा के साथ की अन्ना हजारे और “एनजीओ ब्रिगेड” वाले इस मसले को उठाएंगे| मंच से हजारों बातें हुयीं दर्जनों भाषण और बयानबाजियां हवा में उछाली गईं| लेकिन किसानों से सीधा जुदा मसला भूमि अधिग्रहण आन्दोलन से अछूता ही रहा| इस मसाले पर प्रख्यात गाँधीवादी अन्ना हजारे, जलपुरुष राजेंद्र सिंह, जैसी नामचीन शख्सियतों के इस प्रकार से मुह फेर लेने से असली आन्दोलनकारी किसानों को गहरी निराशा हुई है|
गौरक्षा पर आन्दोलन में शामिल लोग मोदी सरकार के यू टर्न से पहले से ही निराश हैं|
कुछ इसी प्रकार की निराशा हुई है गौरक्षा के सवाल पर तीन महीने से जेल में बंद संत गोपाल दास समर्थकों को भी| संत गोपाल दास ने तिहाड़ जेल में इक्कीस तारीख से निर्जल अनशन शुरू कर दिया है| फाफी अरसे पहले संत गोपाल दास और तमाम संतों के साथ हुए क्रूरतम सरकारी अत्याचार पर तमाम संगठनों ने आन्दोलन शुरू किया था| जन्तर मंतर पर आन्दोलन का सिलसिला फिलहाल जारी है| समर्थकों पिछले कई दिनों से भूमि अधिग्रहण अध्यादेश के खिलाफ आन्दोलन के लिए जुटने वालों से संत गोपाल दास की ससम्मान रिहाई और गौरक्षा मामले में समर्थन माँगा| गाय, गाँव और गंगा वाले भारत देश के इस मूलभूत मुद्दे पर एनजीओ ब्रिगेड के प्रदर्शनकारियों की अनिच्छा साबित करती है की जमीनों की सौदेबाजी और दलालों की कारस्तानी के बीच गाय और गाँव की हैसियत कुछ भी नहीं|
‘अन्ना जी की रैली में आए हैं। हमारे नेताजी लेकर आए हैं। हमें नहीं पता यह धरना-प्रदर्शन किस लिए हो रहा है।’
यह कहना है कटनी, मध्यप्रदेश से जंतर-मंतर पर भूमि अधिग्रहण अध्यादेश के विरोध में अन्ना हजारे के दो दिवसीय धरने में शामिल होने आए किसान खदामी लाल का। उनके साथ 200 से अधिक लोग आए हैं। किसानों को जिस तरीके से बरगला के लाया गया वो इतने से ही साफ़ हो जाती है|
इसमें महिलाएं भी शामिल हैं। लेकिन अधिकतर को नहीं पता कि अन्ना धरना क्यों दे रहे हैं। कई किसानों ने बात करने से साफ इन्कार कर दिया। उनका कहना था कि नेताजी ने किसी भी बाहरी से बात करने से मना किया है। आपको जो पूछना है नेताजी से पूछें।
इनके नेता हैं प्रख्यात समाजवादी एक्टिविस्ट सुनीलम जिनके नाम नक्सली आन्दोलन में शामिल होने के कई मामले जुड़े हैं|
एकता परिषद के अध्यक्ष पी वी राजगोपाल गाय और गाँव की बात न करके जल, जंगल और जमीन की बात करते हैं| विदेशी बीवी के साथ जय जगत का नारा लगाने वाले राजगोपाल के ट्रेवलर और आन्दोलन के खर्चे किस कंपनी के चंदे से चलते हैं इस बात का जिक्र करने से ही आप जन विरोधी हो जायेंगे| ठीक उसी तरह जैसे गाय गाँव और गंगा की समग्र बात करने वाले लोग विकास विरोधी ठहरा दिए जाते हैं|
भूमि अधिग्रहण अध्यादेश के खिलाफ एकजुट दिखने वाले इन सभी लोगों ने जंतर मंतर पर ही अलग अलग मंच बना लिए और आन्दोलन में शामिल जनता के लिए पूरे दिन ऊहापोह की स्थिति बनी रही| मंच भी बने तीन जिसमे से अन्ना हजारे के मंच के सञ्चालन में लगे लोग दिन भर घोषणा करते रहे की अन्ना अभी थोड़ी देर में आने वाले हैं| जन आंदोलनों के राष्ट्रीय समन्वय (NAPM ) की मेधा पाटेकर और राकेश रफीक अन्ना के साथ अलग मंच पर नज़र आये तो पी वी राजगोपाल और राजेंद्र सिंह अलग दिखाई दिए| पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के गन्ना किसानों का अलग धडा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वी एन सिंह के नेतृत्व में अलग थलग पड़ा रहा तो इस आन्दोलन में गाय के सवाल की भूमिका तलाश रहे गोविन्दाचार्य मंच पर जगह नहीं पा सके| कुल मिला कर कुछ लोग मंच पर तो कुछ लोग मीडिया की नज़रों में जमीन तलाशते रहे|
अब बात करते हैं भूमि अधिग्रहण अध्यादेश की तो भूमि अधिग्रहण के मसले पर जंतर मंतर पर जुटे लोगों ने इतने गंभीर मुद्दे पर अपरिपक्वता का
परिचय दिया है| इतनी नामचीन हस्तियों ने जिस प्रकार से एक जुट होने का प्रयत्न किया है वह निशिचित रूप से बनने से पहले ही बिखर चुकी है| जानकार लोग इस मुद्दे की उच्छाल में अरविन्द केजरीवाल का शामिल आम आदमी पार्टी के राजनैतिक विस्तार के तौर पर देख रहे हैं| कहना वाजिब भी लगता है क्योंकि संसद के विधान सभा सत्र में संसद की चौखट पर हो रहे आन्दोलन से मोदी सरकार के साथ सौदेबाजी के लिए माहौल तो बना ही दिया|

For the sake of your spine, think about how you’re looking at your phone.
HOW long do you think you could last with an eight-year old sitting on your head?
According to a new study by spine surgeon Dr Kenneth Hansraj looking down at our phones is the equivalent of having around 27 kgs worth of weight on your neck.
On average, our heads weigh 4-5kgs, but when we are looking down scrolling through Facebook, the gravitational pull is massively increased.
“As the head tilts forward the forces seen by the neck surges to 27 pounds (12kg) at 15 degrees, 40 pounds (18kg) at 30 degrees, 49 pounds (22kg) at 45 degrees and 60 pounds (27kg) at 60 degrees,” Hansraj writes in the paper.

Having this sort of pressure on our necks, is of course not a good thing for our health, especially when the average person spends between two to four hours a day in this position.
In the paper, Dr Hansraj cited that good posture when looking at your phone is having your ears aligned with your shoulders and your shoulder blades back.
This will lower body stress, in comparison to poor posture which will stress the spine and possibly lead to early degradation.
It’s not just staring down at your phone that is bad for you.
Studies have suggested that radiation from your phone can even cook your eyes.
By cooking, we mean that if your eyes are exposed to the kind of heat and radiation given off by phones for long enough, tiny bubbles can start to form in your eyes. This is a precursor to cataracts.
This happens due to your eyes inability to dissipate the heat into the rest of your body, essentially because it’s mostly operating on its own up there.
Studies show that radiation from phones can damage a person’s eyes.
Let’s not forget how technology can ruin your sleep as well. This is mostly due to the type of ‘blue’ light that the screen on your phone, tablet or computer emits.
The light reduces the production of melatonin, our natural sleeping hormone which increases sleeping difficulties and causes more daytime sleepiness. To combate this, scientists recommend turning off all devices at least an hour before you go to sleep.
Insomnia? Blame your laptop.
Using your computer all day could also be a big contributer to why your hands and body are aching. Any repetitive movement can result in Repetive Strain Syndrome and it can affect any part of the body.
But with all that typing, tapping and clicking, it’s usually our hands and arms that suffer problems, with millions of people worldwide now developing RSI.
Symptoms include pain, muscle weakness, swelling, numbness and restricted mobility of the joint. It will typically increase after a long session of computer or device use, according to the health department.
The best cure is rest, continued use will make the problem worse.
Using a computer all day can cause Repetitive Strain Syndrome.
And finally, let’s not forget those who listen to their music too loud.
About 37 per cent of hearing loss in Australia is caused by preventable noise exposure, acocording to HearNet.
And one in five teenagers today has some form of hearing loss – around 30 per cent more than in the 1990s.
Our exposure to dangerous noise levels through our headphones is on the increase, with Australians losing their hearing much earlier than previous generations.
The maximum acceptable exposure to noise over a day is 85 decibels – the equivalent of listening to the sound of traffic on the street from the footpath.
Our devices can reach up to 120dB. Osteopaths say that as a rule of thumb, you should only use devices at levels up to 60 per cent of maximum volume for a total of 60 minutes a day. If you can’t hear what’s going on around you, it’s too loud.

In 2007 Pakistani Intelligence traced the source of much of terror in Pakistan to a ‘terrorist’ camp in Helmand province in Afghanistan.
The camp was run by Michael Semple and Mervyn Patterson.
Both of these British spooks were ostensibly working with humanitarian organizations.
Following extraordinary intelligence work by ISI, Karzai of Afghanistan and high officials in the Musharraf government exchanged visits which eventually resulted in the arrest and expulsion of Patterson and Semple from Afghanistan.
The real story was that these training camps were to create the Pakistan Taliban or Tehreek-e Taliban-e Pakistan (TMP); but why?
If the Taliban were to take over some areas in Pakistan and a part of the capital, then this would provide a sufficient basis for the US to bomb Pakistani nuclear installations and cease their nuclear weapons.
There were serious war plans and military exercises conducted by US forces for this scenario.

“At an October 11 news conference in Kabul, President Hamid Karzai had himself claimed that “some unidentified helicopters dropped armed men in the northern provinces at night.”
“According to a Pajhowk news report President Karzai revealed “the government had been receiving evidence of the air-dropping of gunmen from mysterious helicopters in the provinces over the last five months.”
“A comprehensive investigation is underway to determine which country the helicopters belong to; why armed men are being infiltrated into the region; and whether increasing insecurity in the north is linked to it.”
